D.I.Y lip scrub

Hello,

Make a fast lip scrub this weekend and give you lips a taste of summer.

Lip scrub ingredients:
Take sugar (crush or grind to make small granules),
mix a little honey,
and mix a little bit of coconut powder best if you get shredded coconut (optional).

Home-made lip scrub

Apply to lips and make small circular motions for 1-2 minutes.

Wipe with wash cloth and the results are satisfying none the less, the best the mixture is edible and yummy.

Real Techniques brushes

Hello,

I just got my first Real Techniques brushes and WOW what a beauty!

I decided to get the Expert Face brush and and the Blush brush.

I would definitely give a detailed post later as I have just started using them, however they are highly dense and easy to use. I have used these about 2-3 times and the results are good.

The blush brush picks up good amount of powder and softly glides on skin. 

Comment let me know if you have used any other brushes that are good from the line?

The color 902 from Maybelline Colorsensational line is such a beauty. Not only will this be a hit for your Valentines (depends on how you dress though)  it will do good work throughout the year.

The color goes great with nude blush/neutral outfits as well as dark color clothing.

Its important to note I do not have very fair skin and the color might look  a slightly more purple than pink. But it comes out a pretty vivid pink if you apply light foundation on lips and then start with the lips.

I have gathered a few makeup looks perfect for Valentines. So if you want classic, edgy, pink and simple you can easily see here!

LOOK 1:

A medium pink/rosy shade sure to be in any one's makeup bag will do!

Colored eye liner underneath the eye is all the rage!

Easiest and the bright color totally brings out the eye whatever you eye color.

Bright green, teal or even a champagne neutral color will do the trick.

Concealing under the eye should be well done.

If you have very dark under eye circles then better refrain

If you don't want to spend or go through the hassle of getting nail art done or can't do it yourself just try this simple fun technique.

I just got my french tips done and added a thick layer of glitter nail lacquer on one of my nails. This is good way to give a twist to a simple manicure and can be done easily at home.
