Caution: Winter Skin health care

Keeping skin smooth and supple is a task in fall/winter seasons. Avoid dry patches from drinking lots of water and exfoliate 2-3 times a week depending on skin type and age. Dry/combination skins would do a little less than oily/combinations. Younger girls less than 25 should keep the routine once a week however after 25 I wouldn't suggest skipping the routine especially if they put makeup everyday.

Exfoliation helps cleanse the skin from dirt stuck in your pores. It is beneficial for the body and face. However on the face always use an exfoliator which has micro particles.
Never use any scrub or exfoliator with big particles on face, it uses a lot of pressure which your face does not need and large scrubbing particles ruin the layer of skin and end up harming your skin on the long run.

The Body Shop's Vitamin C collection includes the Microdermabrasion exfoliator which contains vitamin C rich Amazonian camu with shea butter. This exfoliator has small particles which is great for the face. The smell is refreshing and the feel after use is like a baby's bottom. This is a great in home treatment.

Just warm your face by putting a warm cloth towel over and then take two pea size amount on finger tips with small amount of water and start exfoliating. Do use more if needed especially neck area front and back.
5 minutes is good then wash your face, the results are amazing.
Moisturize your skin with the Vitamin C face cream for added protection and keeping the moisture locked.

Vitamin C is known to refresh dull and dry skin and since the no makeup look is on trend this is a must have product.
