If you have been working late or suffer from insomnia you might want to try this quick tip.

Anatomicals-Puffy the eye bag slayer

Yes it is the Anatomicals Puffy the Eye Bag Slayer (funny right!) this is an eye pad which can be used hot or cold. I usually use it cold. Whenever I cannot make myself go to bed this is what I have been putting on and with in minutes I sleep and wake up in the morning. 

RESULT: I wake up so fresh in the morning and my eye area feels bright and awake. Yes it is a eye bag slayer all right! 

I would recommend using any eye pad though this is a great cheap option nothing expensive.

Mid week find: Hair conditioner

L'Oreal Elvive Anti-Hair Fall Conditioner

I just ran out of my conditioner and got a new one so thought of sharing my thoughts. I have used this product around 4 to 5 times and needless to say I am liking the result.

I bought the  L'Oreal Paris Elvive Anti Hair-Fall Conditioner with Arginine resist x3. The previous one was also was from L'Oreal but I had been using t for way too long hence I thought of giving this a try. I also saw a review from a Youtube channel of Essiebutton where she raved about the hair mask of the same line but  the mask is not available in my country so I bought the conditioner.

You just need a dollop and you are good to go. I usually just put it on my ends and wait for at least 5 minutes to let it sink in and wash.

Result: My hair were not tangled at all and remain quite smooth till the next wash. I still have to see any effect on reduction of hair fall however I don't have a big hair loss problem. The product did not make my

hair greasy or flat.

Grooving into the week with Lush Tangerine

Hello,

I recently tried Lush Tangerine(303) nail color by Color Riche L'Oreal. The consistency is good and not great because few sheer streaks can appear and you definitely need 2 coats or 3 to create the perfect application.

This color can also be found in the O.P.I orange collection I cannot pin point the definite shade however I believe Hot and Spicy or Tangerine Scene come closer.

The packaging is great as these are sleek and slender bottles which don't take much space especially if you are a nail color junkie. I have so many I had to come up with an extra storage box.

Barbara Palvin wore this bright hue look at the Cannes 2013, daring and I love it. As she is a L'Oreal spokesmodel she is wearing the same L'Oreal nail polish!

The Body Shop favourites: Part 2 (makeup)

Rounding of my 2nd edition these are my favourite Body Shop makeup products. The products I have selected are:

1.Camomile Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

1.Camomile Gentle Eye Makeup Remover :

According to TBS, float away the day with refreshing rosewater to gently cleanse and dissolve eye makeup. Also conditions lashes so they feel soft and silky.

This is one of the best eye makeup removers I have bought and repurchased. Just need to take 1-2 drops max on a piece of cotton and glide gently on your eye in one direction. No need to rub and move to and fro to get the product off. My lashes do not come off like before when removing mascara just dab the cotton onto the lashes and the remover will soak the product.

2. Skin primer Matte It:

TBS claims it includes soothing chamomile and aloe vera extracts. For all skin types.

First of all not much description on the website. Basically it's a gel like formula and a matte primer. You just need a small amount (a little more than a pea size) to apply all over face and neck. Instantly your skin will feel velvety and smooth. I prefer letting it set for 2-5 min and then applying foundation. The staying power is great the eye  shadows won't crease or budge from place (the premier function of the primer is served). Definitely keeps shine away very good for people living in hot humid weather where the dilemma of melting makeup haunts us all.

3. Born Lippy Strawberry Lip Balm

This is a limited edition balm I got however other options are equally great. The moisture is amazing and as it does not have a shade so I find its best to layer on matte shades that can turn dry at times. It has a great fruity strawberry scent which just makes me layering on. 

4. Shimmer Cubes Palette 06:

TBS description: Get big, eye-opening results rich mix-and-match palettes of blendable eye shadows that can be used wet or dry. For all skin tones.

This palette is in the warm tones including shades: honeycomb, dark chocolate, marshmallow, choco chip. 

As I have a warmer skin tone the only color that does not do much for my skin is Choc chip. It's a taupe shimmer brown and for my lids its just to much shimmer and you really have to rub your finger/brush in the product to get some color, however all other shades are highly pigmented. The amount of product is a lot, I got mine a while back and they are nowhere hitting pan any time soon.

Quick Tip; damp you sponge tip or brush and then use the shades definitely adds more bling as well as pop to the shimmer cubes.

I got this bright pink blush (rose flower-02) a long time ago and its not really available in the same packaging though the same color is available in "All-in-one" blush 04 Marshmallow. It is the perfect pink for the radiant flush look and works for any skin tone from the lightest to the darkest. The staying power is great and the color is good all year round. 

Best use with the bright lip trend as you don't want a lot of colors on face. It will just had a glow to your face!
